Will the FUB pixel track my existing leads?

If a lead was already in your database prior to the FUB pixel install, they'd have to pick up the FUB pixel by either registering on your website again or clicking on a link from a FUB email to your website.

FUB can't auto detect who the person is without that connection.

If the lead was added after the pixel was added, then they most certainly should appear.

Is there other general training available for FUB?

Yes, Follow Up Boss has a ton of training at help.followupboss.com.

Why does every email template have the agent name at the bottom when there's also the email signature set up in settings in FUB?

The reason for this is a lot of email providers will cut off the email signature so people can't see it. This is a workaround.

In the past I did not include this agent name at the bottom. However, teams actually preferred it's inclusion because of this issue.
